{"id":247,"date":"2023-12-28T12:48:21","date_gmt":"2023-12-28T09:48:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qbioresearch.com\/qbiolab-chemical-analytical-laboratory-summarizes-the-results-of-the-3rd-year-of-operation\/"},"modified":"2024-02-19T12:24:19","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T09:24:19","slug":"qbiolab-chemical-analytical-laboratory-summarizes-the-results-of-the-3rd-year-of-operation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qbioresearch.com\/en\/general\/qbiolab-chemical-analytical-laboratory-summarizes-the-results-of-the-3rd-year-of-operation\/","title":{"rendered":"QBIoLab Chemical Analytical Laboratory summarizes the results of the 3rd year of operation"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">The analytical equipment fleet of the laboratory increased to 3 liquid chromatography-mass spectrometers of the world&#8217;s leading manufacturers <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Agilent<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">\u0438 <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Sciex<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">The laboratory has performed more than 30 analytical projects to analyze <\/span><span class=\"s4\">of biosamples<\/span><span class=\"s4\">obtained in the course of clinical trials.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Average turnaround time for analytics <\/span><span class=\"s4\">biosamples<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> was 7 working days for protocols up to 1500 samples and 14 working days for protocols with sample volume within 4000 samples. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">The leading molecule in terms of the number of studies conducted was INN <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dabigatran<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">etexilate<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">This year we carried out 4 analytical studies of this drug from different customers.<\/span><span class=\"s4\">The distinctive feature of these projects is not only a large sample size (about 10,000 samples within one study), but also high scientific intensity. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">science-intensive<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> analytical methodology developed by us.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">Total number of analyzed<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> laboratory <\/span><span class=\"s4\">samples<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> plasma samples analyzed by the laboratory amounted to more than 13<\/span><span class=\"s4\">5 thousand<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">The laboratory&#8217;s specialists developed and validated from scratch <\/span><span class=\"s4\">validated<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> more than 35 methods, and the total number of analytical methods in the laboratory&#8217;s collection increased to 85 by the end of the year.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">More than 10 articles on the results of scientific work of the laboratory were published in peer-reviewed journals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s8\">The chemical-analytical laboratory has successfully passed more than 5 independent audits, which resulted in the integration of updated procedures as part of the organization&#8217;s unified quality management system<\/span><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a><span class=\"s8\">. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">Established a separate area of laboratory activity for the comparative dissolution kinetics test of TSCR (including the &#8220;<\/span><span class=\"s4\">biowaiver<\/span><span class=\"s4\">&#8220;) in accordance with the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) <\/span><span class=\"s4\">of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) <\/span><span class=\"s4\">for conducting research<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">medicinal products <\/span><span class=\"s9\">in<\/span> <span class=\"s9\">in vitro<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s5\"><span class=\"s4\">Thank you to all our customers<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> and colleagues<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> for our partnership in 2023 and look forward to further fruitful cooperation in the coming year.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The outgoing year 2023 was very fruitful and busy for&hellip;","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":133,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[23],"tags":[27,25],"class_list":["post-247","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-general","tag-new-year","tag-results"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
